What are our values?

The TAC's mission is to reduce road trauma and its impact on the lives of accident victims in a caring, efficient and financially responsible manner.

We are inspired by our vision - to provide Victorians with the most equitable personal injury compensation scheme in the world and set international standards in its delivery. This calls for teamwork, and talented and committed people. So we make certain we value our people. Good work is recognised and rewarded. Staff development is a key focus and everyone is encouraged to explore their full potential.
